Following cancellation policies apply to all apartments at all residences of DownTown Suites Prague.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard reservation can be cancelled free of charge if cancelled 3 days before arrival, if a reservation is cancelled less then 3 days before arrival guest is charged 100% for 1st night of the stay. Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the reservation (e.g., if paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card; if paid by bank transfer, the refund will be issued to the same bank account).

NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY

When making a non-refundable reservaion, this reservation can not be cancelled free of charge, when reservation cancelled there is no refund and guest is charged 100% of the amount of the reservation. Non-refundable reservation can not be moved to any other date.
