FAQs

Our residence operates with a self check-in system. Each guest receives an email with the access codes immediately after we receive the reservation. These codes are used to collect the apartment key upon arrival.
We only have limited parking spots in our private parking lot. The parking fee is €20/car/night and we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance, and we will confirm subject to availability. Please note that the parking is only guaranteed once the payment is done.
Yes, our residence is pet-friendly. The fee for staying with a pet is €10 per night, per pet. Please inform us in advance (by email, phone call, or WhatsApp). A payment link for the pet fee will be sent to your email.
Our virtual reception is available every day from 8:00 AM until midnight via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Check-in starts from 2:00 PM. Thanks to our self check-in system, it is possible to check in even after midnight; however, you must inform us in advance. To activate the access codes, it is necessary to complete an online check-in form for every guest staying in the apartment.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. All you need to do is return the keys to the key drop box on your way out.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in in advance. However, you can contact us on the day of your arrival, and we will be happy to check availability. Early check-in is subject to an additional fee according to our current price list.

Yes, we have a shared laundry room available for our guests. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, washing powder, and fabric softener, all included in the laundry fee. Public transportation can be used only with a valid ticket. Tickets can be purchased in metro stations, in some trams, or at newsstands. Ticket prices are subject to the current fare regulations.
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi for our guests in the apartments and in the common areas. The Wi-Fi password can be found in the email with your access codes.
Yes, you can store your luggage in the luggage storage, which is accessible only with a special key. If you want to store your luggage, please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to arrange a transfer for you. The transfer fee is according to our current price list. If you wish to book a transfer, please contact us at least 24 hours before your expected arrival time or departure time. The transfer fee must be paid in advance, and our driver will then pick you up and take you to the given destination.
No, daily cleaning is not provided. For stays of 4–6 nights, our cleaning team will come once during your stay to perform a light cleaning (towel replacement and trash removal). For stays of 7 nights or more, we will provide a full apartment cleaning during your stay, including bed linen change. Cleaning is usually carried out in the afternoon, unless agreed otherwise.
